In the last post we discussed the chakra energy. Now we are going to concentrate on the solar plexus chakra, which is the third energy center of the human etheric body. This chakra bring self-esteem, above all qualities. It is located - seven centimeters below the breast bone and just above the naval region. As most of the chakras do, the solar plexus chakra projects itself on the spinal cord at the back. This energy center is connected with the stomach and most of the organs of the digestive system - liver, pancreas, and small intestine. The third chakra is a focus of power on personal level. It stimulates interest and curiosity. If blocked, the awareness and strength decreases, but also there can follow some questinable passions and negative impulses such as anger.

The Solar Plexus or third Chakra is related to the Fire element and therefore it governs our human will, and metabolism. The color of this energy center is Orange.This chakra is the center of our body. One can visualise this center as a ball of white light.

If affected, there can arise physical problems with this energy center as well, mainly including the liver or the digestive organs. Chakra crystals associated with the solar plexus chakra are  tigers eye and yellow jasper.
